ONLINE POLICY: RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Returns are accepted on items that HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED with ALL tags attached and accompanied with original invoice. You may Return Merchandise within 14 days of the ship date on your receipt. Refund will be credited, when items are recieved back to warehouse. All Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Exchanges: Exchanges are accepted on items that HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED, with ALL tags attached and accompanied with original invoice. You may exchange merchandise within 14 business days of the ship date on your receipt. All Sale items are final sale and cannot be exchanged.

Shipping is at your expense. Shipping costs are non-refundable  

All items purchased on www.chiiclothing.com may be returned or exchanged at Thr3ee Boutique. Giving that all above return and exchange specifications apply. Only Thr3ee Boutique is authorized to except returns or exchanges from ChiiClothing.com

Please ensure that the shipping address you provide during the check out procedure is accurate and complete before placing your order.

If you do not have the original invoice we will not be able to complete the return or exchange.

Orders placed after 5pm are processed the next day. We usually ship within 10 business days. Orders placed on U.S holidays will not be processed until following business day.

CUSTOM ARTWORK: HOW IT WORKS

A highlight of Thr3ee Boutique is that you can choose from a wide variety of Chii Clothing Cultures latest graphics and have them placed on any custom blank piece in the store. Use your imagination and customize your very own One of a Kind Custom piece.

Garments range from washed T-shirts, Hoodies, Thermals, Track Jackets, Blazers, and more..... Colors range from the original color chosen by Chii Clothing Culture designers or choose from a variety of foil colors.   We also offer embroidery designs, rhinestones, metals studs, patches, and many more decorating techniques.   Basic printing takes 10 to 20 min and can be done as you wait in our plush orange chairs.  

Prices may vary depending on quantity and complication of design.

All custom pieces are very delicate and use the latest in bleed through inks.   Custom garments should be washed in cold water and dried very lightly... We only use the finest fabrics so please take caution in washing.   We recommend dry cleaning or hang dry.

BACKORDERS
If an item is out of stock you will be notified via e-mail and be given the choice to wait for the item to be available otherwise you will be refunded.

If some, but not all of the items included in your order are out of stock, we will ship only the items that are available and you will be notified via email and be given the choice to wait for the item to be available otherwise you will be refunded for the out of stock items.

PRIVACY POLICY
Chii Clothing Company will not sell or rent your personal information to third parties. All information given while placing a order on chiiclothing.com is solely used to complete your order.
